Recent projects include Audubon Place Retail Center, a 30,000 square foot, two story retail and dining destination in Magnolia built as the commercial core of a 326-unit master planned community, and Market at Meridiana, a 27,000 square foot ground up retail center in Manvel that reached 54 percent pre-leasing before opening.
Retail and restaurant build outs come with their own demands: strict brand specifications, drive through geometry for corporate restaurant tenants, tight permitting windows, and tenant coordination across multiple contractors with different lead times. We manage all of it through disciplined pre-construction, so shell delivery and tenant build out schedules stay aligned from groundbreaking to grand opening.
