About Anchor Construction
We're a commercial general contractor built on excellence, discipline, communication, and a commitment to delivering projects with purpose.
Our History
Anchor Construction was founded in 2016, but its roots go back much further. Long before the company took shape, Brock Bly was building skateboard ramps in his backyard, while Sonya Bly was learning the ins and outs of running a business alongside her family. Those early hands-on experiences, driven by values and fueled by grit, laid the foundation for what Anchor would become.
Built on a shared vision of doing things better, faster, and with purpose, Anchor has grown into a company known for its drive, high standards, and follow-through. Every project reflects the passion and determination of a team that doesn’t cut corners and doesn’t slow down.
From blueprint to buildout, Anchor brings every piece together under one roof, saving you time, money, and headaches.
When COVID-19 tested the construction industry, Anchor came through it, a milestone that confirmed Brock and Sonya had built something worth continuing to grow. From there, the goal became clear: to be the premier general contractor in the state of Texas, delivering projects that are timeless and built with discipline and excellence.
