For over four decades, the journey of Anchor Construction has been deeply intertwined with Brock Bly’s childhood passion for creation, with a vision of building a trusted, reputable company that continues to grow under his leadership. Sonya Bly, a University of Houston graduate with degrees in Management and Marketing, has been working in construction since 2009. She and her husband, Brock, co-founded and co-own Anchor Construction & Management
(2016) and Ayva Construction (2019). Sonya manages accounting, HR and process development, while Brock leads construction and field operations. Together, they've grown Anchor C&M to over $50 million, specializing in quick-serve restaurants and multi-family developments and are recognized as a top builder for innovative, cost-effective solutions. Balancing a successful career and family, Sonya’s leadership brings strong values and productivity to her work.
