Houston, TX (May 1, 2022) – Texas based commercial construction company, Anchor Construction and Management, recently concluded a 152-unit luxury residential community in the Jersey Village area of Houston, in only 14 months amid global challenges.

The gated community, Aria at Steepleway, features nine spacious floor plan options for one- and two-bedroom apartments and a community center inclusive of a pool, fitness center and Wi-Fi lounges. The $14 Million-dollar stylish multi-family living project on 4.8 acres took just 14 months to complete, with the majority of construction happening during the Pandemic. Working through the logistics of shipping delays, cost increases, and inventory shortages was just par for the course on the project. Despite many obstacles, Anchor completed the project on budget and without major delay.

This community is the second Aria multi-family project constructed by Anchor. The first was a $30 Million-dollar, 300-unit project on 10 acres in Southwest Houston. The firm has secured three more multi-family living contracts, which will start later this year.
